[IRCA] CCR 1020

CCR was poorer here tonight 4/18 EDT in Maryland that it was on Saturday.  KDKA 
was more difficult to null and the signal was generally poorer.  I did manage to here a 
couple of good IDs, the Morse code, and the sweep tones.  The sweep tones easily 
pierced through KDKA.
