Mike,

You mentioned Thousand Oaks going on the Santa Barbara towers? Isn't
that a bit far to serve Thousand Oaks?  Unless they wanted to become a
new Santa Barbara station. I believe 1460-Salinas is already 10 KW U4. I
don't know why 1380 could not co-locate with 1460. Both are/were owned
by CC.
