I have a mystery clip. It sounds like a man saying 14-90 WDBQ. The W and the Q
are very distinct, and the D and B both contain the phonetic "E" in them. I am
reluctant to count it, but this would be possible because the reception was made
within 15 minutes of local sunset in Dubuque and Dubuque is "only" 768 miles from
here, and I have heard stations that far away routinely when DXing at other locations.
Please tell me what you tell what you think. I need a confirmation.
