Some stations use the word "new" for years. I find that very irritating.
After listening to the clip many times I heard what you did. There's nothing
in the AM query portion of the FCC web site on 1310 that is even close.
They're pretty good about updating call letter changes. We had a three way
call letter swap (that the stations' management bungled and had to get
several changed more than once) here in the last month and they were right
on top of them.
