Don,
At that particular time, there was no CKMX at all. I was noticing that KDUS was very strong (with talk that sounded much more mature for them than normal...they DID ID so it was them). Then the strong WLNO ID w/talk. I grabbed note paper and started tuning various frequencies to see what else was there. WBAP was pretty strong on 820 (with KGO hash) with no KGNW. I don't know why, but I rarely hear WGN here. I kept trying 1560 last night... all I could find under KNZR was a SS, and they were too weak to do anything with.

Mike, that WLNO is a super catch. I don't get much thru CKMX around
here. When cx are auroral Tempe comes in & SLC once in a blue moon or
so. Haven't heard NO in years & years (& more years).....Been several
years since I've IDed WHAS either but I get DSL hash on 840. I had KGNW
atop 820 before 11pm last night. KGO usually buries that frequency.
Don't think I had any sign of WBBM but WGN noted faintly below KDWN.
Nothing special last night so to bed after 11pm.........
