[IRCA] Fw: WLLL 930 Test.

I have to take back my previous negative report, and happy to do so.

Because what some others had said here on the list sounded familiar, and even though the test was only scheduled until 1230, I went back around 1245 for another listen.  I recognized chicken sounds and took that as a good sign.

At 1250 I was getting code ID and chicken songs, also some varying tones definitely not the Wobbler, but no voice ID's or other identifiable material.  I could copy the CW call sign, the LLL makes it easy to hear.  All this was under WFXJ Jacksonville, FL, Fox Sports Radio - at times fading up to very listenable - and with the Cuban phased out.  The 930 Wobbler - very strong earlier - had calmed down to an only occassional burst of activity.  By 0100 all I had was WFXJ and the Cubans.

This time I didn't screw up on the recorder either, catching some good examples of the above special effects.

Thanks Tony and Dave for this opportunity to log WLLL here in south Florida.  I'll forward some clips from the digital recording as soon as I can edit it.

Nothing here besides some sports talk weak, and Cuban with some Wobbler thrown in.
