I wasn't trying to stereotype you. I was just thinking the Oils would help
paint a picture of what it's like down there. They are so good at what they
do and it's a shame they have broken up. I hope Peter can get elected down
there and knock some sense into the government. And how will Uncle John do
this time around?
I actually got to meet them in the 80's on their first tour of America. Nice
guys they were.
My Wife is the same way with Duran Duran. I would like to use those discs as
Frisbees!
Once again...no offense. The Oils will have to do since I can't down under
anytime soon.

G'Day Ira
Must take offence at this, please don't pigeon hole me with a
stereotype...............
OK OK I confess on my last DXpedition to the I played the 'Diesel & Dust'
Midnight Oil CD 5 times as we drove through the Northern Territory.
My wife threatened to use it as a frisbee, I argued it was better than her
WHAM CD, she's an 80's tragedy.
Finally got one of three DXpedition's paperwork (tape analysing, loggings,
photos, story and reception reports) done.
http://www.dxing.info/dxpeditions/mountisa_2005_02.dx Convinced I need a
secretary.
OK better shut up and get on with DXpedition number 2's stuff to go through.
This one was for North Americans so I might have bother a lot of the guys
over there with help on unids.
cheers

>>Hi Guys and Gals
>>
>>Well just returned from a crazy month of DX.
>>
>>In early February I managed a few mornings DXing at dawn while on a

>>
>>Then 2 days later the wife and I watched the removalists take away our

>>Next day my wife and I started our big drive from Townsville to Mount

>up to Katherine, back down to Tennant Creek, to Alice Springs to Uluru
