Hi everyone.
There were a few TA's in here tonight, several of
which were producing audio, albeit very poor audio, Strangely 189-Iceland was
the best of the bunch with a very good almost local like signal, yet Norway on
153 and 1314 were just carriers. the UK on 198 was in with a fair signal, while
1053 produced just a carrier. Audio from France-162 was barely above the noise
floor. 756 produced classical music, so was probably Germany. 1134-Croatia was
in with the news shortly after 21:00 MST. The most intriguing of all was 2 men
talking on 1197. Unfortunately the slop from domestics (even when phased down)
was just too much to get a definite fix on the language. It sounded like it
could have been Russian, but I just wasn't sure. Quite a few carriers heard in
addition to the above.
