1210 W??? ?? Cumberland Gap - 3/11 1800 - I heard what I thought was an 
eclectic mix of Spanish and Indian music. The signal was weak and buried in 
the static. I thought I heard a TOH ID in broken english..."WPCH, Cumberland 
Gap."

I heard this on the Drake. Any takers?
