[IRCA] Re: IRCA history

Mike/Doc,

I was discharged in the era of Admiral Zumwalt. Day I was discharged,
packed my seabag and all other
possessions in the dorm (Coronado Amphibious Base). Visited the shop in
civvies, and then to San
Diego Airport.

As soon as I checked in, some Feds escorted me to their office and
interviewed me at length. Think
they were FBI. Don't know what I did to trip their circuit breaker, but
they were all over me.
Finally let me go in time to fly out. One federal agency just finished
with me (Navy), and then
another (FBI) was laying for me.

Not having learned my lesson, went to work for the Navy (civilian
employee) in 1977 until 1986.
Old Nav got a bunch of chances to ding me again in those 9 years. Then
transferred to yet
another federal agency, this time the VOA. VOA was a-laying for me when
I got to Greenville
in 1986 and THEY diddled and fooled with me 'til they nearly killed me,
in 2003.

I love my Uncle Sam and he loves me. The style of love was
non-consensual and of a type
practiced in Sodom and Gomorrah. Still can't sit without pain.

Kiss, kiss.

Charlie
