[IRCA] Tonight's WNTP Test Posponed....Again!

I hate to do this, but....
Once again I have to postpone the WNTP audio proof that I had intended 
to perform tonight.

This time it's due to a programming schedule conflict that came to light 
a bit ago.  Turns out that the Philadelphia Soul AFL team, whose games 
we carry, have a West Coast game tonight that doesn't begin until 2230 
EST.  It probably won't end until 0130 or later, so the test has been 
nixed for tonight.

Sorry about this...again.  I will try again for next Friday night.  I'll 
let you know for sure after I speak to the powers that be on Monday.
