The 1976 IRCA Convention was held at The Raphael Hotel in San Francisco CA.  I remember it well !?!  Hosted by Ric Heald & Rich Segalas (remember him, anyone?).  Pretty good turn out but I
don't have any records about who was or wasn't there.  DEE was there.
