[IRCA] Turks booming in

It struck me that Turks on 530 has been quite a regular visitor of late. 
Tonight, I'm assuming it was the SS talk by man and choral mx that 
obliterated the TIS's across the Strait of Juan de Fuca much of the 
evening, even on the Flag antenna, and that has a null towards that part of 
the world.  Tune down a kHz, and the first signs of "SQM", the beacon from 
Alaska.
