Overall, I'd say 1070 or 690 on day facilities would be the best bets
for coast to coast reception. 690 might be rough on the west coast due to CBU and XETRA, though there have been more amazing feats recently with morse code IDs. 1070 would be a good bet in Seattle, even with CFAX 60 miles away in Victoria (plus Nick is probably looking for bigger challenges after bagging WISN under CKWX) 1500 and 1570 are somewhat open around here. Any possibilities on those freqs (even if they're not in Birmingham).
