[IRCA] WISN 1130 DX Test

WISN 1130 Milwaukee, WI - DX Test - Thought I had something right at TOH, but turned out to be KWKH Shreveport, LA (I think, have to check Gmini 220 recording, straight thru and DSP enhanced). 

 

Since then have heard some talk, but not clear enough to identify as C-t-C. 

 

Lot of SS (big surprise) could phase them out some.
