[IRCA] XEEQ?

I had a Spanish language station on 1450 khz, and heard a call letter ID 
through a jumble at 0800 UTC.  Only problem is the call sounded like 
XEEQ, but XEEQ is listed on 760 and I can't find anything close to that 
listed for 1450.   Any ideas would be welcome.
