[IRCA] Stations Heard - 12 Feb 2005

 950  CUBA  Radio Reloj - 01:30 AM EST - Heard some flutter
            on local KPRC, so I switched to my Radio West
            ferrite loop and found a Radio Reloj outlet with
            the usual time ticks and "RR" in Morse code.  The
            "Fidel Report" list from Harold Frodge shows two
            Reloj locations  on 950 (La Habana, 10 kW, and
            Mayari Arriba, 1 kW).  Due to the signal strength,
            I would presume it to be the one from La Habana.

1060 MEXICO XEEP - 1:47 AM EST - Heard Cuban-style music and
            thought it may have been the Cadena CMKS outlet
            from Cuba, but later heard XEEP ID.  [Ponder-TX]
