When KXOL first came on some years back, they never did drop power at
night. This went on for a long time. A few years ago, the FCC contacted
the owner telling them to drop power. It was after KTIQ came on.
Probably KTIQ complained of the QRM. But several stations on the X Band
do operate with day power at night often.
