[IRCA] Drake R8B Synchronous Detector

I think the Synchronous Detector isn't working properly on my Drake. How do 
I know if that is the case? Is Drake good about repairing their products? 
And if so, what is their turn-around time? I kind of hate to box it up and 
ship it back, but I will if I have to.
