Maybe that's it!  Maybe they ARE running 5 or 10 kw nowdays.  They could
do it for 20 years and the FCC would never notice (or do anything about
it if they did notice).  Any night of the year you can find at least
half a dozen cheaters at night going full blast.  Probably a lot more
we're not aware of (yet)......So far KSQR hasn't been a pest at night,
usually KSUE, KJOP & KSMA (for starts)....don
