[IRCA] 1580 TIS?

Anybody know who the Washington state Dept of Highways station is on 
1580?  I've heard a couple of mentions of that fine organization on the 
channel, but only in our mid winter afternoons (regular broadcasters takes 
over at night; even in the daytime it's a battle with the Oregon 
broadcaster).   Haven't managed to dig out a call yet, as afternoon DXing 
equates to weekends for me,  but wondered if anyone else was hearing it.
