[IRCA] KYIZ-1620

Pacific NW DXers take note. KYIZ-1620 seems to still be on day power at 6pm
PST with a lot of hum and with their audio (preaching) at about 10%
modulation. They are also throwing some garbage on 1610 and 1630. It is like
a distorted 60 cycle hum. These aren't QSLable but it would be interesting
to find out from you all how far these are getting out. With this low
modulation, you would think it would be a boon for DXing the frequency. This
would be true except for the fact that they are on day power and that
KKMO-1360 (5kw 1 mile away) saturates this end of the dial when I use the
loop.
