[IRCA] TA opening?

While chasing the tests, I also checked 1314 without any hope of a European 
opening, with those high K indices.

Logged on this morning to a large amount of traffic on the Topband (160 
meter amateur) list, describing the big European opening to west coast N. 
America, admittedly mostly to California.  "best since 1997" in some 
people's estimation.  Anybody hear anything?
