[IRCA] WFIL test heard

WFIL test heard 1/8 0202 with classic jingle, nice slow code IDs, voice IDs.
But no surprise, I am about 55 miles NE of the site and get the station
day and night. Thanks RF (great initials for a radio engineer) Tetro for
doing the test though! Hope you get some reports from Frostburg, Monroe,
Springfield, Beckley, etc
