[IRCA] Christmas present

Yes, I'm just rushing off to do some final present wrapping, but already 
got a present in the form of an e-QSL from Mr. Larry Gamble of KTNS-1060, 
verifying that the tiny whoops and segments of code were indeed from the 
test.  Great stuff, and a lot more difficult than the autumn test from 
Georgia on 1420.
