Doug,

XEEP does have a SW // you can check too. I have heard them on a rare
occasion . I think they are heard in the Midwest and East more often.
   Without checking, I think Larry came on with the test at 0000 local
time when he upped the power. KTNS may have been playing a big band
music before 0000 though. I would think any code would have come through
if KTNS would have been running the test with 23 watts though.
