[IRCA] 1280 SS??

Just did a band scan and nothing much exciting tonight.  KFI is pretty
much alone now.  Whoever the 2 SS stations heard earlier were, they seem
to have dissapated to next to nothing.  KFXD-630-ID was mixing with
KPTT-NV around ll:20pm PST and a very loud station in spanish was heard
on 1280 with up tempo mexican music.  I suspect this is Vegas forgetting
to cut power at sunset unless somebody nearby has switched over to
spanish language.  Bettin' on Vegas........
