Sorry, Bruce...the rules clearly state LOCAL SUNRISE to LOCAL SUNSET. IBOC operations after local sunset are ILLEGAL. WSAI has also violated this rule; their IBOC illegally interferes with KRHW 1520 Sikeston, MO and KXEL 1540 Waterloo, IA. KFUO's IBOC provides illegal interference to WHAS 840 Louisville, KY and KKOW 860 Pittsburg, KS after sunset.
