[IRCA] 1460 KUTI

1460  KUTI  WA  Yakima...apparently forgot to lower power and change
patterns at sunset tonight 12/3/04.  Noted shortly after 1 a.m PST in
San Francisco barreling in with c&w music & 'Country Cutie' slogans.
Normally not there after sunset change.  Conditions are definitely not
THAT good tonight so someone forgot to 'pull the switch'.  Like their
music.

1370  Someone cutting thru semi local KZSF nicely with Coast to
Coast--George Nourie.....1:25 a.m. 12/3/04 PST.....Looping toward Butte
but could be KAST as well...Usually get KSOP/KWRM here under KZSF.  Once
15 years ago I had Quincy CA for a few nights.
