[IRCA] Correction #2

A recheck at midnight revealed that my catch of XEQR-1030 turned out
really to be XESDD in Baja.  I had forgotten all about this station's
recent switch to 1030.  Thought he said Mexico City at 11pm but I was
wrong.  Good signal burying KTWO from 11:45 to past midnight & clear ID
on the hour.  Had a spanish speaker in there too but this was PROBABLY
KJDJ in S.L.O....well, it had my adrenalin going for a little while.
