[IRCA] KABL - 960 now KQKE

	I noticed in the latest SDXM (online version of DX Monitor) that Oakland, 
California's famous KABL-960 has switched to KQKE. Originally from Northern 
California, I always understood that the call letters, K A B L, were in 
reference to the cable cars across the bay.

	Let's hope that the new call letters, K Q ua K E, don't become infamously 
famous, hi!
