[IRCA] WRCG DX Test

The test is making it to the Northwest!! At 0002 EDT, I started hearing
the Morse Code. Sometimes fairly good. Nothing else is make it though.
My 1500 foot beverage dos it again! Another Georgia station. Not too
many of those these days.
