Patrick, regarding the programming, I'm not usually filled with radio facts
and figures, ie 60's-70's etc,...I can thank the newpaper for that. (I
should write the paper a letter and complain about CCC not talking with ME
first about the change!) KRKT is supposedly 9 watts but seems to do all
right. The night time coverage is supposed to go out about 15 miles and I
suppose that's about right. What get's me is 720 KFIR with 184 night time
watts is supposed to get out much further. Im 24 miles away and have never
heard it at night. That's ok though, otherwise it would have made getting
KUAI and other's more difficult, excepting KDWN hi. Speaking of KFIR, I
really like that station as they play a mix of Country oldies and the new
stuff, plus always alot of album cuts that don't usually make it to the air.

The only problem with KRKT AM is they drop to something like 10 watts at
night I believe. Does that cover Albany well at night?
