[IRCA] 1670 kHz Testing

Now 1750 EDT and my UNID is again testing with tones, and music. Using SSB,
the current carrier seems to be on 1669 kHz, so probably is the IBOC stn
testing. Signal not yet as good as while on the road, but may improve with
sunset. Still no ID.
