Chuck,

Glad you two were out to take advantage of the DX. What filipinos did
you catch? 1062 and 612 were strong. I caught one with filipino/EE rel.
on 774 this morning under JOUB. Probably the Metro Manila one with 25
KW, but no ID caught.  DZEC 1062 was also in too. They always are. If a
filipino could be a pest, this one would be it. hi.
