[IRCA] XESDD-1030, KURS-1040

Per an article in today's SD Union-Tribune --

The gospel programming on KURS-1040 is a 2-year lease.  WW1 NOS will likely 
continue on XESDD-1030.  Both stations are run from the KURS studios in 
Chula Vista.  It's possible some talk programming (Imus?) from KURS may turn 
up on XESDD-1030.
