How about I just take the date off? Evidently, that wasn't changed the last 
time we updated the page. If you read the entry for the Technical guide, 
you'll see that it's the fourth edition that's offered. You can check out 
the table of contents of the Technical guide on-line as well - that page 
tells you it's "Tech guide 4".
