Eric Bueneman noted that "SMSU baseball games were also noted on KWTO-FM 98.7 Springfield, MO. Just to clarify." Yeah, for some reason the SMS sports-information page doesn't even mention broadcasts of the baseball games. And with the Ken Meyer-owned stations, you never know what station games are going to end up on, due to conflicts elsewhere. They have several to choose from, albeit mostly FM: KWTO-560; KWTO-FM 98.7; KBFL Buffalo 99.9; KTXR 101.3... any of which is pressed into service at one time or another. On very rare occasions in early spring or fall, for example, you will sometimes hear Cardinals games, long a mainstay on KTXR, on KWTO-AM... Royals games bounce back and forth between Jock-98.7 and KBFL. And so on. Randy Stewart Springfield MO
