Re: [IRCA] XESS-780 has moved to 620

On the barefoot Sony ICF-2010 at 7:30 PDT:

XESURF: 8 of 10 lights lit
KOGO: 9 of 10
XESS: 6 to 7 of 10
1700: An *extremely* weak carrier; I don't think it's XEPE. While they're
not close to the strength they were on 550 and 560, on 1700 they've been at
least listenable.

XESS was mixing with KIGS at first (mostly dominating) and I could
occasionally null them enough to get a listenable KIGS. A few minutes later
XESS owned the frequency. The FCC sure seems to be having a tough time
getting Mexico's attention in this debacle.

KOGO, KFRC, KPTT, and KFI aren't going to be happy either. Especially KOGO.
