They're still running Asian programming tonight.  A switch to Spanish isn't 
impossible, but seems unlikely; the San Diego / Tijuana / Tecate market 
wasn't able to support all of its Spanish-language stations even before the 
1700(550/560)/780 stations came on.  Last I heard, XEKAM-950 was still 
running one of the Radio Formula feeds here.
