[IRCA] WD2XXM on 1670

WD2XXM is active right now on 1670 at 2004/05/03 1745.  They are
playing various types of music in short clips.  I recorded an ID in
the following clip at 1740.  This is the IBOC test station located
in Frederick Maryland.  It might be possible to pick them up if
they continue to broadcast until local sunset.
