Hi Ira, As Art pointed out "Cotton Country AM 830" or "Cotton Country 
830..the Music that you Love"is indeed KOTC in Kennet MO. They run 10 kw 
NDA I think and make to my shack fairly often. They usually start coming in 
here about 1/2 hour before Local Sunset. I've heard they are a good 
verifier but I only QSL stations on DX tests and burn the rest onto CD's. I 
think you must have caught them around their sign off time. Congrats!
Maybe with a little training you'll have a new DXer to help you out in a 
few years :-)
