[IRCA] QSL from Virgin Islands

For those looking for their QSL from WDHP-1620, maybe this is a sign of things in the mail:

1620 WDHP Virgin Islands, Frederiksted sent full data (paper) QSL Card via surface in 7 months and 1 day for
English report and mint stamp. Also sent a bumper sticker. A second QSL was received in 1 month 29 days on the

same day (1 June) for a report on the "relay" of programming from WRRA-1290 (via 1620) for an e-mail report. Both

receptions were after sunset, but power listed as 10 kw.

V/S: appears to be Audrey Browne, though the last name isn't totally readable.

Address (as per envelopes):

Radio Free St. Croix
#79A Castle Coakley
Christiansted
St. Croix, U.S. VI 00820

E-Mail address I used for report # 2: wrra@xxxxxxxxxx
