Here is a thought on all this.
Does the server do some sort of testing for viruses as attachments are
allowed.
Would it be possible for Lynn to configure the list not to accept
attachments which would eliminate the need for folks to concern themselves
as to viruses being transmitted via the list.
My provider scans attachments for viruses automatically and gives an "all clear" prior to opening. Over here the MWC list does not allow attachments on pain of being dropped off the list!73's
