Irlannin ComReg sallii sekä AM:n että FM:n WPAS-bandilla, joka siis on 
27.6 MHz:n yläpuolella (27.60-27.99 MHz). CB on 27.6 MHz alapuolella.
Radioliikenteelle on kansainvälisesti sovitut bandiallokaatiot. Toinen 
asia on, noudatetaanko niitä.
