New (pirate and not) stations in Ukraine conflict

1. Two CW stations have appeared on the higher HF bands, claiming to operate from Donetsk, as promoting a separatist 'Peoples' Republic of Donetsk', or 'NovoRossiya New Russia'.

The callsigns, D0A and 1C4M are believed to be two operators on the same transmitter. The callsigns are invalid and do not count for anything in ham radio terms.

While a QSL manager may be appointed shortly in Donetsk, communications are poor, and direct QSL is unlikely to succeed.

There is some doubt that the stations are really in Donetsk. There is evidence that they may be operating from Kazakhstan. - http://www.southgatearc.org/news

2. Piraattipuolella Golos Ukrajinskovo Krymu on jatkanut lyhyità epÃsÃÃnnÃllisià lÃhetyksiÃÃn venÃjÃksi 6325:llà ja muilla Caroline-Rainbown kÃyttÃmillà taajuuksilla. (Pirates For Peace)

3. OIRT-ulalla tarttui minunkin haaviini 69.35 Radio Studio of Black Sea Fleet - ohjelman vanhasta tutusta neuvostohenkisestà paatoksellisuudesta ei voinut erehtyà - mutta idià en saanut / jaksanut odotella. Hollannissa Jelmer nappasi aseman paremmin:

This station has annouced itself as "Radio studio of Black Sea Fleet" with
"Fairway of History" programme at 0:12 also some frequency on CCIR FM band has been probably mentioned (105 or 106 or so MHz, hard to copy by reason of QSB) - TX is most probably in Sevastopol, 17 kW ERP. Russian Vesti FM network is mentioned for Crimea/Sevastopol on this QRG in various frequency bases, but it's local Sevastopol program indeed, could be also local insert.
