The following info was received via the Dutch BDX mailing list.

The MIGHTY KBC RADIO: This coming saturday it will be a real DX adventure
for all of you.
The AM 1386 transmitter with a power of 500.000 Watts is not working at the
moment.
The 500 kW (1386 kHz) AM transmitter is temporarily out of service due to
shortage of high-power vacuum tubes for the RF amplifier. The tubes has been
ordered, but delivery will take some time. Therefore, on Saturday the
program probably will be transmitted via a backup near Klaipeda on the
Baltic seashore.
So let us know if you hear us on 1386......touch and taste the sensation of
The Mighty KBC....Our shortwave service is normally working on 6255 kHz ....
