Johtuisiko tuo ainakin osittain siitä, että protonikäppyrät
http://www.sel.noaa.gov/rt_plots/pro_3d.html
ovat laskeneet sen verran, että on ensimmäinen aamu sitten 5.12. kun ei ole 'proton event' päällänsä.
