[HCDX] Am I Right?
Its Saturday 1200 utc Oct 4 2008. I am hearing Radio Kuwait in 16 meters on
17850 khz with a very nice signal of a 43444 on the SINPO Code. No ID yet. I
wonder if this is correct while programming from many stations are being
relay via other contries.
