[HCDX] REE oscillating spurs
SPAIN 9710 REE powerful signal
9710 0500-0700 18,27,28 NOB 350kW 50degr SPANISH E REE
produces two oscillate/wobble signals in
9636-9642 and 9778-9785 kHz range, today Aug 8th.
HCJB Quito German service 9740 kHz daily from 0630-0730 UT is OFF also today
(seemingly out of service here since August 1st?).
